My name is Omer Dayan, and I am an interior designer from Hod HaSharon, Israel.

My passion for interior design and my desire to help people bring their design dreams to life, led me to pursue interior design studies, which I successfully completed in January 2025 at Ultima College.

During my studies, I developed and specialized in a variety of professional skills, including hand drafting, AutoCAD drafting, and 3D visualization using SketchUp.

In addition, I gained experience in public space design and residential design, combining spatial experience with functionality.

I strive to create spaces that combine aesthetics, practicality, and a unique atmosphere for the people who use them.

בית קפה חתולים | Cat Cafe

Mango's Place

This project focused on the design of a public and commercial space.

The rectangular building functions as office space and a veterinary recovery center for cats, while the circular building serves as a café open to the public, filled with recovered cats looking for a home.

The inspiration for the design came from one of the defining characteristics of the cat family — their survival instinct. Cats are skilled hunters, known for their ability to jump high, climb, and move quickly.Located in Yarkon Park, the project is set within an open, green, sunlit environment designed entirely with the cats in mind, featuring a tall climbing wall, scratching posts, and quiet resting areas.

The name of the place was chosen as a tribute to my cat — Mango.

הקשת הירוקה | The Green Arch

“The Green Arch” is a greenhouse and cafe

concept designed to create a sense of calm, serenity, and escape from the busy urban environment. The space is located within an office building in Sarona Towers, Tel Aviv, and is defined by its unique arched form, which inspired the project’s name.

The design draws inspiration from the film Alice in Wonderland, translated into a magical and enchanting garden rich with diverse and colorful plants.

The combination of nature and an urban environment creates a unique and calming design experience, inviting visitors to stay, relax, and reconnect with nature in the heart of the city.

A Five Person Apartment | דירה עבור חמש נפשות

Located in Utrecht, the Netherlands, this apartment features a ground floor, a terrace, and a gallery level, and was designed for five students .The apartment provides each resident with a private bedroom, a dedicated study and work area, and shared spaces for relaxation and socializing.

The gallery level serves as a “party floor,” featuring a bar and a DJ booth

The design concept was inspired by the city of Utrecht, often referred to as the “little sister” of Amsterdam. While quieter and less tourist-oriented, the city is home to a large student population and a vibrant nightlife scene filled with bars, music, and social events.

This balance between calm and energy became the main inspiration behind the design. The apartment was created to reflect both sides of the city’s character, offering spaces for studying, working, and relaxing, while also providing the flexibility to host larger gatherings and parties.

ולכן, הדירה מעוצבת כך - שקט וסוער: ניתן גם ללמוד ולנוח וגם ניתן לארח קבוצה גדולה של אנשים ולערוך מסיבות
